Peter did a great job for me on my recent purchase and I couldn't be happier. He had very good knowledge of the market I was interested in moving and was very connected to the community . In the 13th hour when things got tough with the other parties, Peter never gave up and pushed hard to assure my closing was completed on time with keys delivered. I met Peter when I came to Orlando for interviews and would recommend him due to his professionalism, tenacity and patience with me.

Thanks to Peter's determination and perseverance my wife and I were finally able to buy our first home. We had some circumstances that made it difficult for us to buy a home, and even though we had to jump through many hurdles Peter was steadfast in his commitment to get us into a house. During this process I had actually given up on finding a home and even expressed that to Peter, but he kept looking for us anyways. Using a connection he had with another realtor he found the perfect home for us, and to top it off he negotiated some extra incentives for us. My wife and I are very happy in our new home and we know there's no way we would have found it or bought it without the help of Peter Luu.
