We needed our house sold fast, as we had an impending move that was coming, whether we got the place sold or not. She had contacts with contractors (including a roofer, when the wait list for roofers was months) that helped us prep the home for sale MUCH sooner than we could have without them. She was always available for a phone call or text whenever we had questions, which put our minds at ease.

I chose Peter Lu as my Realtor for many reasons - not only was he the top seller in the Orlando southeast market, but his marketing plan was such that it would reach world-wide markets, and we were not disappointed. Not only did our house sell in 3 weeks, but our showings were very smooth and easy. Every issue we encountered during our selling process was handled professionally and with speed- he went above and beyond to get our house to closing, constantly communicating with us and letting us know the step-by-step process, so that there were no surprises. Most impressive is his knowledge of the market, the sales trends, and the ongoing neighborhood predictions/expectations. His marketing videos, including drone footage, presented an amazing online picture of the home - especially important these days, with some buyers narrowing their selection severely before over even visiting the home. We had the greatest confidence in Peter and his team and strongly recommend him.

I'd like to recommend Peter Luu as an excellent real estate agent. We worked with him both to sell our old home and to find our new one.
Peter is professional, respectful, and punctual. He takes his work seriously enough to wear a suit jacket on a hot day.

Initially, my main hesitation in hiring Peter was that we were going only off a friend's recommendation. I didn't do the research on real estate agents that I would normally do with anything else. Thankfully, that proved unecessary, as he took the time with us to make the whole process relatively clear and straightforward.

What I especially liked about working with Peter was his overall friendliness and the effort he put in to look out for our best interests.

Peter uses the latest tech and a vast social media network to get his listings the most exposure possible. Our house ended up selling for the highest price per square foot ever in our neighborhood, even after the appraisal forced the price down. The fact that we didn't even have to put a "for sale" sign out front is indicative of the new, highly effective approach he uses to selling.

My wife and I were very happy with the process, and we can't wait to move into our new home, which Peter also helped us find.

Mr. Luu and his teammate Joan Bailey went above and beyond in selling my house . The whole process from the start to end was a breeze. Great team and great people who are awesome. I am so happy i went with them with full trust and confidence. Nobody knows the neighborhood and market like Mr. Luu does. Extremely enterprising, hard working man with excellent ethics and skill. We went with Peter as he was a local living in the neighborhood. We knew that Peter had less experience than others that were offering their services but he was very honest, reliable and was very passionate about selling real estate. Working with Sotheby's International we knew Peter had the backing of a very reputable company.
Peter made selling our home easier as he was the intermediate person between us and prospective buyers. Peter would always try to give us plenty of notice with house showings even though this was very difficult with people wanting to see the house "now".
Peter went out of his way to assist with any problems or potential problems that came up during the sale process. Peter even helped out by finding a a/c guy to repair our a/c that failed on the Sunday night before the closing on Monday.
Peter was always available for advise any time day or night. He went the extra mile to help us make the sales process less stressful. This was the best thing we found with Peter. He was the level headed one when it came to the stress of selling.
We would recommend Peter for the following reasons:
1. He takes the stress out of the sales process
2. Peter through Sotheby's has a very large client base
3. Peter treats you as his only client, available for advise and solutions day and night
4. He is very calm and patient under stress
5. Peter is very personable and friendly, listening to our needs and worries we had during to sale of the house
