This was our third home that we've sold and by far, it was the best decision and experience ever using Peter Luu Signature Group. From the moment we expressed interest in selling our home to signing the listing agreement, Mr. Luu and his team were exceptional in communication and letting us know every step along the way. I was most impressed with the fact that my husband and I never had to ask questions. The team was constantly communicating with us.

Their use of technology and knowing how to connect with modern day, tech savvy buyers was key. The team invested in not only professional photos, but they also completed a Matterport video allowing buyers to take full walk-throughs of the home.

What really resonated with us the most was Mr. Luu, when he went above and beyond to help us remove the washer and dryer which was a last minute request of the buyer. Mr. Luu organize to have someone remove the washer and dryer on our behalf. Peter Luu and his team really do see you all the way to the end!

What I appreciated most about Peter was his level of professionalism. He kept appointments, he was on-time, organized, honest, and he answered any and all questions to my comfort level. He went above and beyond the call of duty as a realtor for us and this was important as my husband and I were in the process of moving out of state and we were not always available. Our house is under contract with full asking price after Peter listed it for only two weeks. He has an outstanding negotiating skills and extremely friendly. Prompt response whenever we had a question or concern. Most important is he thinks what's the best for us instead of just a sale. The closing process is very smooth and easy. He coordinated us to close two weeks ealier than planed and after 30 minutes in the title company, everything is done!
